Who maintains the database of all travel bursars who automatically become members of the Fellowship, compiles the annual official address list and the annual Newsletter published in September each year, keeps in touch with old and new bursars, assists the Tour Leader with new bursar orientation and organises the Farewell Dinner prior to the start of the overseas tour.

Dr John Gibbon, a travel bursar in 1959, was invited by the Trust to administer the Fellowship from 1988, and to initiate pre-tour orientation of new bursars in Cape Town prior to the start of the tour. He also served as Tour Leader from 2000 to 2017, and now continues in the Fellowship role.
